Great spot for large group of family or multiple families and everyone enjoyed the ping pong table in the garage too! Positive: Space for large family group Close to beach

It has a lot of potentially but it’s the finer things that need improving. Positive: Loved the location and the dual occupancy on the one address. The entertaining areas were amazing and the space was lovely. Negative: There’s a few things that were a bit disappointing. Lots of dog or cat hair in unit 2, generally cleanliness wasn’t too bad for what is easily touched but windows, under couches and unit 2s dog hair was a bit under par. Unit 2 also smelt extremely musty. Spa bath in unit 2 was broken, tap in unit 2 bathroom wouldn’t turn off properly so was really hard for the kids to use without our help and the trampoline was completely broken. We chose this location for kids and it was hard to steer them away from the trampoline. The mat completely cut down the middle. So this was extremely frustrating. It was odd having the upstairs section from the photos as an unusable part of the house. I’m not sure who lives up there but it was a bit odd. No dishwasher in unit 2 was annoying so we carted lots of our dishes to unit 1 to wash as unit 2 just seemed to be the eating spot. However it’s a nice to have.
