Great location, the apartment needs some work. Positive: The location of the apartment is excellent with lots of shops in the immediate vicinity. The owners are very responsive and acted quickly to fix an issue. Negative: Unfortunately there are a few issues that need to be resolved before I would recommend this apartment to others: The sink and toilet in the ensuite drain incredibly slowly - I think there might be a partial blockage further down the line. The toilet in the other bathroom doesn't have a lid which isn't the cleanest and a bit inconvenient when counter space is limited. Neither room has any heating or cooling (the ducted system does not work in the apartment) and while there was a small portable heater in the master bedroom there weren't any blankets for extra warmth in either room. The floors in the main part of the apartment were quite sticky/grimy which I believe was a result of too much floor cleaner being used. This made it uncomfortable to walk barefoot throughout the apartment. The hosts use an online website with information about the property which is helpful however some of the information is out of date including key collection and drop off information.
